1. Change of Mind & Returns
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be in the same condition it arrived, with packaging and accessories included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping is at the customer's cost
- Refunds are issued only once the item has been received and inspected by our team
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
To assess for eligibility of refund or replacement claim, we may require photo and video evidence of the issue. All claims are subject to review and approval by our team.
If your claim is approved, we will advise whether the item should be discarded or returned. You may then choose to receive either a replacement or a full/partial refund.
3. Your order was lost in transit
If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us for support.
- If the item was lost in transit and is not delayed, you may be eligible for either a replacement product or a full refund.
- If your order is delayed but still in transit, we will offer a one-time 10% discount code as a goodwill gesture
Before raising a claim, please check with your neighbors, building reception, or the local delivery depot.
The 6-Month Limited Warranty
Every Haloflex headlamp includes a free 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, from the date of delivery.
To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photo or video evidence of the fault. If approved, we will send a replacement unit.
About The HaloCare+ Warranty
Add HaloCare+ at checkout for $4.99 and get an extended two years of coverage on your headlamp.
Included:
- Get an upgraded two-year warranty against factory defects during normal use.
- Eligible for a one-time headlamp replacement claim for accidental damage or wear and tear.
- There will be a $7.99 shipping & handling fee required on all approved claims
Note: Lost item, minor cosmetic damage, misuse, or a second replacement will not be covered.
